Inclement Weather Policy for Yard Cleans Only

Green Scoop recognizes the fact that inclement weather and other emergencies can affect our ability to service route and the ability of our employees to get to work. Our employees spend long hours outside and driving on the road. The safety of our employees is paramount in any emergency.

Fortunately, emergencies and inclement weather days are infrequent, but these are the guidelines for when they occur.

When an emergency such as these examples occurs, we may cancel route:

• hazardous road conditions
• extreme weather making outside work hazardous
• the governor declares a weather emergency
• inch or more snow falls night/day before your scheduled clean (can not see waste)

Our service is based on a scheduled route. Our employees handle full routes every day of the week in different areas of central Ohio.  When service is interrupted due to an emergency your service will resume at the next scheduled visit.

Yard cleaning services are especially impacted by snow and ice accumulations, making it nearly impossible to see any waste in your yard. Be assured that we will do a thorough cleaning at the next scheduled visit.

No refunds will be given due to interruption of service for a weather emergency.
